Message	Might sound funny but I've used a plunger to pull out dents similar to that. It won't get it perfect but it's a start until you can get it repaired properly. Yours might be too big for the plunger method - worth a shot though. Any suction cup with a handle will do the same. A body shop would prob weld on a few rods and use a slide hammer to get that out. good luck
